As a Travel and Fleet Staff, you will support the efficient and cost-effective delivery of travel services by coordinating key aspects of employee travel in line with company policies. You will contribute directly to transforming energy for a better world. You will work closely with the Administration Manager, Travel and Fleet Management Supervisor, and external partners to deliver results, create positive community impact, and develop your skills in a supportive, purpose-driven environment.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Liaise with contracted travel vendors and partners by monitoring performance, providing input during evaluations, and assisting in issue escalation and resolution in line with contract terms.
- Evaluate proposals from hotels, accommodation providers, and airlines, and provide recommendations to support the accreditation process.
- Develop travel coordination plans by aligning stakeholder needs with departmental SLAs and available resources to ensure efficient support for business operations.
- Create and review Letters of Authorization (LOAs) for travel requests, including local and international accommodations, ensuring accuracy, policy compliance, and readiness for final approval.
- Support the resolution of travel-related issues (e.g., delays, booking problems, policy exceptions) by coordinating with vendors and affected employees.
- Prepare and maintain travel records, reports, and documentation to support audit requirements and internal tracking.

What You Will Need:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree / Graduate of any Engineering, Technology, Sciences, Accounting, or Business Administration degrees.
- At least 2 years of combined experience in administrative services, facilities management, customer support, and operations management.
- Experience in an industrial facility is preferred.
Technical / Functional Skills:
- Proficiency in Information and Data Management, Project Management, and Financial Management.
- Strong skills in Service Quality Management and Vendor and Contractor Management.
