Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Process travel and expense activities
  • Data entry, uploading receipts, coding, and confirming the expense is inside of policy.
  • Responsible for the accuracy of AP transactions
  • Maintain and monitor the store's AP aging.
  • Assisting in generation of monthly Payable reports for the client's Controller.
  • Process vendor invoices and match invoices to purchase orders/receipts by identifying, researching, and resolving discrepancies
  • Performs other duties assigned by his/her superior.
  • Analyze variances.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science in Accounting graduate, with at least 3 -5 years of experience
  • With end-to-end experience in AP process
  • Knowledgeable in accounting software preferably SAP Concur
  • Organized and with keen attention to detail.
  • Willing to work on night shift schedule.
  • Willing to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa once WIO resumes.
