Sr.Associate - Operations (Travel agent)

Key Responsibilities

• Assist travelers with bookings and inquiries for Leisure and Corporate Travel
• Book air, hotel, and car reservations through GDS using cryptic commands.
• Handle ticketing, reissues, exchanges, and refunds
• Provide excellent customer service

Qualifications

• At least a high school graduate
• 1-2+ years of hands-on experience with Travel Sabre, Amadeus, or other GDS platforms
• Strong GDS proficiency; knowledgeable in IATA geography
• Willing to work onsite and can start ASAP
