Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Agency Manager based in Makati. The Travel Agency Manager will handle the day-to-day operations of the travel agency, oversee guided tours, manage a team, and develop strategic sales plans. Additional responsibilities include ensuring client satisfaction, building relationships with vendors, and supervising the planning and execution of travel packages, corporate programs, and custom itineraries.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Travel Agency operations and organizing Guided Tours
• Strong Team Management and leadership abilities, including team coordination and supervision
• Experience in Sales and Sales Management to drive business growth and achieve targets
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency in creating travel-related plans and itineraries
• Knowledge of relevant industry trends and customer relationship management
• Familiarity with travel booking systems and visa processing is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
