Job Description

As a Travel Account Specialist, you will provide exceptional customer support by assisting travelers with their travel needs. You will handle inquiries, manage reservations, process booking changes, and resolve travel-related concerns while ensuring a seamless customer experience. You will work closely with internal teams and travel partners to deliver accurate information and timely solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with flight, hotel, car rental, and vacation package reservations.
  • Handle booking modifications, cancellations, and refund requests.
  • Provide accurate information regarding travel policies, schedules, fares, and promotions.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
  • Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other travel partners to address customer concerns.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and document all interactions.
  • Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Stay up to date with travel products, services, and company policies.

Qualifications

  • High school graduate, senior high school graduate, college undergraduate, or college graduate.
  • Previous customer service, travel, or BPO experience is an advantage but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems.
  • Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude.
