• Process booking changes, cancellations, and other customer requests
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
• Assist with payment and booking-related inquiries
• Document customer interactions accurately in the system
• Meet quality, handle time, and productivity targets
• Escalate complex concerns when needed
  
  

Qualifications

• College Graduate
• No call center or travel experience needed — BPO/customer service background a plus
• Good English communication skills
• Basic computer and typing skills
• Good attention to detail
• Customer-first attitude and good listening skills
• Willing to work onsite on a shifting schedule
