Job Description
We are hiring Travel Customer Service Representatives to assist clients with flight, hotel, and travel inquiries. Ensure smooth bookings and provide accurate information to deliver excellent customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Handle travel-related inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Assist clients with bookings, modifications, or cancellations
- Provide accurate information on travel options, schedules, and promotions
- Record all interactions and maintain up-to-date documentation
- Escalate complex cases to supervisors
- Meet service quality and customer satisfaction goals
Schedule & Training
Rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Paid training on travel systems and company procedures
Requirements
- High School or Senior High School graduate (College preferred)
- Excellent English communication and attention to detail
- Customer-focused with problem-solving skills
- Basic computer knowledge and multitasking ability
- On-site availability in Quezon City
