Job Description

  • Lead the planning, implementation, and monitoring of local programs and projects to ensure smooth execution.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned key clients, providing consistent communication and building long-term relationships.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and partners to align program activities with client needs and company goals.

  • Prepare reports on program outcomes, client feedback, and overall performance for management review.
  • Represent the company in local activities, meetings, and events that support both program goals and client partnerships.
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Tourism Management, Business, or related field.
  • Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in travel product management or related roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Expertise in tourism route pricing, resource procurement, route design, marketing, promotion, itinerary planning, and operation.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical skills, creativity, excellent communication, teamwork, and a passion for travel.
