Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare daily reports on transportation cost summary, pick-up time, number of parcels for supervisors or related parties to forecast the demand of transport vehicles support.
- Support and analyze route planning, traffic flow by region, transportation between branches, and key customers transportation. To be able to meet the demands and requirements of customers on time.
- Organize and clarify the route details with the supplier management team.
- Collect requirements and problems of operations from various departments to improve the transportation strategy to be efficient and cost-effective.
- Perform other work delivered by the company or superior.
- Bachelor(s) Degree in Operations/Logistics/Industrial Engineer or any related course.
- At least 6-month(s) experience in transportation route planning for 3rd party.
- Open to Fresh Graduate with good data analyzation, MS Excel
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general MS Office applications.
- Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks and stakeholders.
- Amenable to work on site, 6 days: Upper McKinley, Taguig City
