Role Description The Transportation Logistics Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Metro Manila. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring daily transportation activities to ensure timely, cost-effective movement of goods. The manager oversees carrier selection, shipment scheduling, and routing, while maintaining compliance with customs and regulatory requirements. Day-to-day tasks include tracking shipments, resolving delivery issues, collaborating with internal teams and external partners, and preparing logistics reports. The role also involves managing documentation, optimizing transportation processes, and ensuring high levels of customer service.
Qualifications

Strong planning and organization skills to manage schedules, resources, and multiple shipments effectively.
Transportation management skills, including carrier coordination, routing, and familiarity with customs and regulatory processes.
Excellent communication and customer service skills to work with clients, carriers, and internal teams.
Ability to analyze logistics data, monitor KPIs, and recommend process improvements.
Experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation management; background in customs brokerage is an advantage.
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field preferred.
Proficiency with logistics management systems, MS Office tools, and basic reporting.
Capacity to work on-site in Metro Manila and collaborate in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
