Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Review daily sales orders received from the Customer Service team and approve or adjust delivery schedules and vehicle allocations recommended by the Logistics Coordinators to ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment.
  • Ensure fleet availability and operational readiness through close coordination with the Fleet Coordinator and Third-Party Logistics (3PL) providers.
  • Monitor and enforce compliance with safety, quality, regulatory, and company standards throughout all delivery operations.
  • Track, analyze, and review Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Third-Party Agreements (TPA) / Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure logistics performance targets are consistently achieved.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external logistics partners to address delivery issues, optimize routes, and improve overall transportation efficiency.
  • Ensure accurate and timely execution of delivery plans while maintaining cost-effectiveness and high customer service standards.
  • Investigate delivery delays, service failures, and operational concerns, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Prepare and submit logistics performance reports, providing recommendations for continuous process improvement and operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or any related field.
  • Minimum of 35 years of experience in logistics, transportation, warehousing, or supply chain operations, with at least 12 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics planning, fleet management, distribution operations, and third-party logistics (3PL) management.
  • Familiarity with transportation regulations, safety standards, and quality compliance requirements.
  • Proven ability to analyze logistics data, monitor KPIs, and implement process improvements.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams, customers, and external service providers.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and logistics or ERP systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
  • Results-oriented with a strong focus on operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
