About the Role

Plan and optimize daily transportation routes to ensure on-time and cost-efficient deliveries. Analyze order volume, delivery zones, and fleet capacity to create optimal dispatch plans. Coordinate with DC, warehouse, and transport teams to align shipment schedules. Monitor route performance and adjust plans based on real time operational changes. Support load planning, route consolidation, and transport cost optimization. Maintain accurate transport planning data and reports.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for planning and optimizing transportation routes and dispatch schedule to ensure efficient delivery execution.
• The role focuses on route optimization, capacity planning, and coordination between fulfillment and transport operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics Supply Chain, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in transport planning or logistics operations.
• Experience in route planning, dispatch planning, or linehaul coordination.

Required Skills

• Strong analytical and planning skills.
• Familiarity with TMS, WMS or route.
