Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Transport Coordinator position located in Paraaque. The Transport Coordinator will oversee the daily transportation operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods. Responsibilities routes, coordinating with drivers and branches, managing transportation logistics billing, maintaining records, and addressing operational issues. Promoting customer satisfaction and collaborating with teams to enhance operational efficiency also form part of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Transportation Management and Operations Management
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Exceptional Organization Skills for planning and record-keeping
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced on-site environment
- Prior experience in supply chain, logistics, or a related field is a plus
- Proficiency in transportation management systems or relevant software is beneficial
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related discipline is preferred
