Transport Coordinator

ACMobility, the Ayala Group's mobility platform, is looking for a Transport Coordinator to join our Logistics team. The role plays a key part in ensuring the efficient, safe, and timely movement of vehicles from port or staging areas to our stockyards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage truck bookings and allocate loads to third-party vendors based on capacity, availability, and performance.
• Coordinate and monitor vehicle movements to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any transport-related issues.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between suppliers, carriers, and internal departments.
• Maintain accurate records of transport activities and generate performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, company policies, and relevant transport regulations.
• Oversee cost efficiency by optimizing carrier utilization and ensuring timely vendor payments.
• Perform and monitor logistics transactions in SAP, including GRPOs and inter-yard transfers.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate should be Licensed Customs Broker with strong coordination, organizational, and analytical skills, with experience in logistics, transportation, or operations management. They are proficient in using SAP for logistics and inventory transactions and possess excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. The role requires someone who can work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, ensuring smooth coordination across multiple stakeholders and processes.
