Role Description

The Transmission Line Lead (Construction Management) is responsible for providing technical leadership, oversight, and guidance for all electrical construction activities of transmission line projects, including conductor stringing, OPGW installation, grounding systems, and electrical components.

The role supports Transmission Line Construction Managers/Engineers, who are responsible for day-to-day site execution, coordination, documentation, and energization coordination. The Transmission Line Lead ensures that all electrical works are aligned with approved designs, technical standards, and project requirements while supporting successful project delivery.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Registered Electrical Engineer (REE)
• Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in transmission line construction
• Experience in 69kV to 500kV transmission line projects
• Proven experience in managing tower erection and stringing works
• Strong leadership, coordination, and project execution skills
• Willing to be deployed to project sites nationwide
