Your Day-to-Day

• Engage with business lines to understand migration requirements.

• Develop detailed project plans to support effective migration execution.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure all deliverables are met.

• Escalate issues promptly while providing viable alternative solutions.

• Partner closely with business stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of transition plans.

• Continuously enhance and update migration methodologies and toolkits.

• Proactively identify, prevent, and resolve bottlenecks through practical solutions under tight deadlines.

• Manage customer relationships, account oversight, and operational control of assigned tasks.

• Provide pre-sales and post-sales support, including C-level interfacing and managing blended offshore/onshore delivery operations.

• Lead and manage teams to achieve transition success.

• Maintain strong communication and interpersonal relationships with stakeholders.

• Uphold customer relationship management practices.

• Ensure all transition projects remain fully auditable.

• Ensure all forecasted costs are understood at project initiation and that transition budgets are aligned with the account team.

• Develop and maintain strong commercial awareness of Tech Mahindra processes and standards.

• More than 5 years of relevant hands-on experience.
