Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Excellence and Transition Manager located in Taguig. The Performance Excellence and Transition Manager will be responsible for overseeing program management, managing IT service transitions, ensuring effective service delivery, and delivering training programs. The role requires the development and implementation of strategies to drive performance excellence and smooth transitions within IT services.

Key Responsibilities:

Transition Management:
  • Lead end-to-end transition planning and execution for new projects, services, or business processes.
  • Develop and manage transition plans, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless handover and knowledge transfer.
  • Monitor transition milestones and ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.
Performance Management:
  • Define and track KPIs and SLAs across transitioned services or teams.
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement performance improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare and present performance reports to leadership and clients.
Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders during transition and stabilization phases.
  • Facilitate regular governance meetings and status updates.
  • Ensure stakeholder expectations are managed and met throughout the lifecycle.
Continuous Improvement:
  • Drive process optimization and automation initiatives post-transition.
  • Support change management efforts to embed new ways of working.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, learning, and excellence.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, HR, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 7+ years of experience in performance management, transition management, or project delivery.
  • Proven track record of managing complex transitions and driving performance improvements.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with performance tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.
  • Willing to work in BGC, Onsite, Rotational Shift.
