As a Transition Onboarding and Enablement Associate, you will play a pivotal role in supporting clients by streamlining operations, reducing costs, and enhancing efficiency through managed services. Within our Managed Services practice, you will focus on transitioning and managing services, overseeing delivery teams, and optimizing processes and tools to deliver exceptional services to clients. As an Associate, you will be driven by curiosity and adaptability, contributing to client engagements and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will learn to build meaningful client connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting client engagement by contributing to managed services projects and initiatives
  • Assisting in the transition and management of service delivery teams to optimize performance
  • Participating in the development and implementation of process improvement strategies
  • Engaging in project management tasks to streamline operations and reduce costs for clients
  • Collaborating with team members to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction
  • Utilizing automation tools and frameworks to improve operational efficiency
  • Conducting process performance analysis to identify areas for improvement
  • Gathering and analyzing data to inform insights and recommendations for service optimization
  • Applying technical standards and guidelines to uphold professional conduct and independence requirements
  • Building commercial awareness and understanding of business operations to drive value for clients

What You Must Have

  • At least a Bachelor's degree
  • At least 1 to 3 years of experience
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required
  • Deep expertise in Managed Services delivery, including technical project management, architecture/design, and transition support such as remote connectivity and networking solutions.
  • Strong hands-on experience with AI, Microsoft 365, and Copilot, with the ability to advise on best practices and quality implementation across diverse technologies.
  • Broad knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards, including HIPAA, HL7/FHIR, GDPR, HITRUST, GxP, SOC/SOC 2, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, and SOX.
