Transition Manager

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Transition Manager to join our team in Manila. The Transition Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the transition of operations projects from initiation to completion. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring seamless handovers, and maintaining project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Experience of RCM/ Healthcare , Call Center.

Experience in WFM ( Work Force Management )

Plan and manage the transition of business processes and operations.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and seamless transitions.

Develop and execute transition plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

Monitor progress and address any issues or risks that may arise during the transition.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.

Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry regulations.

Provide training and support to teams during the transition phase.

Conduct post-transition reviews to evaluate success and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Transition Manager or in a similar role.

Strong project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
