We are looking for a Transition & Integration Lead who will manage end‑to‑end service migrations into IVSSI. You'll ensure smooth transitions, operational readiness, and strong alignment across global teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead planning, execution, and governance of service transitions
- Manage stakeholder alignment and cross‑functional coordination
- Conduct due diligence, readiness checks, and risk assessments
- Oversee Knowledge Transfer (KT), documentation, and competency sign‑off
- Drive go‑live readiness, hypercare, and performance stabilization
- Identify improvement opportunities during/after transitions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 8+ years in Service Transition, GBS/Shared Services, or large‑scale operations
- Experience managing global migrations or lift‑and‑shift transitions
- Certifications preferred: PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, Lean Six Sigma
- Strong project governance, risk management, and stakeholder management skills
