The Transformation Specialist provides operational, communication, and analytical support to the Transformation Management Office. This role helps ensure transformation initiatives are well‑coordinated, documented, and clearly communicated across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop executive‑ready presentations, communication materials, and transformation updates.
- Manage and maintain content on platforms such as SharePoint, Infopoint, and Microsoft Teams.
- Support coordination of transformation activities, including task tracking, schedules, and communication channels.
- Document key meetings, decisions, and deliverables; maintain organized transformation records.
- Design and run surveys; analyze results and prepare insight summaries.
- Assist in monitoring transformation KPIs and preparing reports or dashboards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree; 2–5 years experience in Transformation/PMO Support, Executive Assistance, Strategy, Communications, Business Operations, or Change Management.
- Strong presentation development and communication skills.
- Excellent organization, coordination, and attention to detail.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret survey and KPI data.
- Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and familiar with SharePoint, Teams, and collaboration tools.
- Experience with survey tools or task management platforms is an advantage.
