Transformation Officer (Finance & Accounting Background)

Process Optimization and Automation (Primary Focus)

• Design, build, and deploy automated workflows across financial and business operations utilizing low-code/no-code platforms, RPA, scripting, and emerging AI/Generative AI tools (e.g., Power Automate, Python, OCR tools, ChatGPT/LLM integrations, AI agents).

• Conduct end-to-end process mapping to identify manual, repetitive, or rule-based bottlenecks and re-engineer them into streamlined, highly automated digital workflows.

• Drive the evaluation, piloting, and rollout of cutting-edge tech and AI solutions to optimize cycle times, eliminate manual data entry, and reduce human error across operations.

• Collaborate with Operations leads to establish baseline metrics, track post-automation performance gains/KPIs, and continuously refine automated solutions.

Controls Design and Implementation

• Embed automated controls, validation checks, and error-handling mechanisms directly into newly built automated pipelines to ensure data integrity and compliance.

• Evaluate existing process controls and identify opportunities to replace manual approval/reconciliation checkpoints with automated system controls.

• Maintain thorough documentation of automated control flows, system architectures, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to support internal and external audit requirements.

Transformation Strategy and Planning

• Support the Director of Transformation in building and executing an automation-first transformation roadmap for Manila Operations and client engagements.

• Maintain an automation backlog, prioritize high-impact use cases based on ROI and complexity, and manage project deliverables from discovery to execution.

• Act as a change agent, driving AI and digital tool adoption, upskilling operational teams, and promoting an innovation-led culture.
