Transformation Manager

Successful candidate

• At least 7+ years in business transformation and continuous improvement within captive, multinational, or business services environments.
• Experience in people leadership and/or complex program or portfolio management.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale transformation and transition programs with measurable, sustainable benefits.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field Master's degree preferred.
• Preferred certifications: PMP/PRINCE2, Prosci Change Management, and/or Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt.
• Strong skills in portfolio governance, benefits realization, risk and compliance management, and financial acumen.
• Excellent stakeholder management, executive communication, and decision-making skills, especially in ambiguous environments.
• Demonstrated people leadership, coaching capability, resilience, and a strong ownership mindset.
