Job Description
- · Own and develop the transformation vision and strategy for the assigned functional area in partnership with the Service Owner
- Build and validate business cases for transformation initiatives, quantifying benefits across efficiency, quality, and client experience
- Build and maintain the initiative pipeline, prioritizing by value and effort and adapting as business needs evolve
Job Qualifications
- At least 15-20 years of experience with Transformation Management
- Has experience with GCC or Consultancy, or IT Industry
- Strong experience with Product & Project Management.
