Transformation & Innovation Manager
Role Overview:
The Transformation & Innovation Manager will lead the organization's continuous improvement (CI), innovation, and business transformation portfolio, ensuring initiatives are prioritized, effectively delivered, and generate measurable business value. The role will also lead a team of Transformation Leads, Transformation Experts, and the Intake & Evaluation Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and govern the end-to-end CI, innovation, and transformation pipeline, from opportunity intake and prioritization through execution and benefits realization.
- Translate GBS strategy into a portfolio of transformation initiatives with clear business outcomes and value targets.
- Lead and develop the transformation team, providing direction, coaching, and performance management.
- Oversee complex business transformation and transition programs, including delivery, risk management, stabilization, and operational handover.
- Drive continuous improvement through Kaizen, root cause analysis, process optimization, and standardization.
- Partner with Operations, IT, Data, Automation, HR, and Finance to deliver integrated transformation solutions.
- Own benefits tracking and provide executive updates on portfolio progress, risks, and realized value.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in business transformation and continuous improvement within a multinational, captive/shared services, or GBS environment.
- 5+ years of people and/or program leadership experience.
- Proven experience leading complex transformation and transition programs.
- Strong program governance, stakeholder management, benefits realization, and executive communication skills.
- Preferred: PMP/PRINCE2, Prosci Change Management, Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, or relevant Master's degree.
