About the Role
As an Analyst for Transformation Group, you will be responsible for connecting business needs with technical solutions by gathering data and defining business requirements with functional specifications for new or enhanced systems.
How you'll contribute
- Work with business users to elicit and define user requirements using the most appropriate method(s), and translate them into functional requirements, and contribute to the management expectations.
- Assess existing processes to identify redesign or enhancement opportunities to deliver improved productivity or efficiency to the business.

- Communicate iteration priorities, feature sets, roadmaps, and customer feedback to a variety of different stakeholders and executives.
- Support and review the testing scenarios, test data and defects verification throughout the delivery lifecycle.
What we're looking for
- Must have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Banking and Finance, IT-Software Development, IT-Network/SysDB Admin, Actuarial/Statistics, Logistic/Supply Chain, Process Design & Control
- With extensive expertise in elicitation and requirement analysis & documentation with a focus on details.
- Proficient in Jira and Confluence for project tracking and team collaboration
- Must be knowledgeable of basic bank processes and bank system integrations/interconnectivity with the system.
- Has excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with different key stakeholders.
