We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented
Product Officer to support the development and management of our
Payments and Transfers products. This role serves as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that product initiatives are delivered efficiently and aligned with organizational goals.
You will be involved in the full product lifecycle—from ideation and design to launch and continuous improvement—helping drive innovative and competitive digital financial solutions.
Responsibilities
- Assist in defining product vision and developing detailed road maps aligned with business objectives.
- Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product development and launches.
- Collect, analyze, and prioritize product requirements based on customer needs, business impact, and technical feasibility.
- Support end-to-end product delivery—from concept and development to launch, iteration, and enhancement.
- Prepare detailed product documentation, coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensure product readiness.
- Analyze product performance, customer feedback, and usage data to recommend improvements and optimize results.
- Provide regular updates, insights, and recommendations to internal stakeholders and leadership.
- Assist in conducting end-user training and provide support during product roll outs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Accounting, or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in product management or related roles
- Experience in financial services, Fintech, or digital products is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of product development life cycle and Agile methodologies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and presentation abilities
- Comfortable working with cross-functional and technical teams
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with UX/UI design principles
- Experience using tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms
