Due to continued business growth, we are seeking a full-time Transfer Pricing Analyst to join our Central Invoicing team. In this role, you will support the Head of Global Business Reorganization, International Tax & Transfer Pricing, with a primary focus on transfer pricing and related initiatives.
Your Responsibilities
Under the guidance and supervision of the Head of Global Business Restructuring, International Tax & Transfer Pricing, your key responsibilities will include:
- Transfer Pricing Documentation: Assist in updating comprehensive transfer pricing documentation, including the Masterfile and local entity reports.
- Transfer Pricing Computation: Update transfer pricing calculators using source data from Controlling, Accounting, and HR.
- Interim Supporting Documentation: Prepare interim memoranda to track ongoing tax workstreams and document decisions related to intercompany structures and transfer pricing approaches.
- Administrative Support: Coordinate with local service providers (e.g. for new or updated benchmarks) and handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings and drafting minutes.
- Automation & Digitalization: Support optimization and automation initiatives across the Shared Service Unit, with a primary focus on International Tax & Transfer Pricing.
- Knowledge Sharing: Coordinate the publication of materials on the intranet to ensure timely and accurate sharing of content prepared by the SSU Head.
Education & Experience
- 25 years of experience in transfer pricing roles.
- University degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; a dual degree in Business Administration and Business/Tax Law is an advantage.
