Position: Professional Transcription Specialist

What You'll Do

• Review and evaluate AI-generated speech-to-text transcriptions.
• Identify and correct transcription errors.
• Assess transcription accuracy, grammar, punctuation, and formatting.
• Ensure transcription quality based on project guidelines.
• Provide feedback to help improve AI-powered transcription systems.

What We're Looking For

• Graduate of any 4-year college course.
• Professional transcription experience is required.
• Strong English listening, writing, and comprehension skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience reviewing and proofreading audio transcriptions.
• Familiarity with Automated Speech Recognition (ASR) tools is an advantage.
• Ability to follow detailed quality assurance guidelines.
