A leading advisory and professional services firm is looking for a Transaction Services Manager to join its growing Deals team. This role offers the opportunity to lead M&A and due diligence engagements while partnering with clients on strategic business decisions and high-value transactions.
We are looking for candidates with strong financial analysis, due diligence, and client management experience who can thrive in a fast-paced advisory environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements
- Analyze financial performance, profitability, working capital, and cash flow trends
- Identify key transaction risks, financial exposures, and operational insights
- Review and finalize reports, presentations, and client deliverables
- Manage engagement timelines, budgets, and team coordination
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Mentor junior team members and support team development
- Work closely with audit, tax, valuation, and consulting teams
- Assist in business development and client presentations
Qualifications
- Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related discipline
- CPA is an advantage
- 6–10 years of experience in transaction services, due diligence, deals advisory, or audit
- Strong understanding of M&A processes and financial analysis
- Experience managing teams and client engagements
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Big 4 or professional services background preferred
