Transaction Posting Processor

Responsibilities:

1. Ensures timely and accurate processing of disbursement related to payment arrangements, balance transfers, easy cash/cash it easy options.
2. Ensures that all transaction postings and adjustments related to cardholder payments are processed in a timely and accurate manner as prescribed by the respective processing guidelines.
3. Maintains and monitors database of requests for adjustments.
4. Monitors compliance to posting policies and procedures.
5. Recommends solutions and processes enhancement to the Transaction Posting Head to prevent mishandling of transactions and for more efficient processing.
6. Development of unit officers and staff:

• Improves job knowledge and ensures business continuity
• Evaluates staff performance

Qualifications:

• Holder of a bachelor's degree / graduate of a four-year course
• Preferably has a background in credit card operations or at least 3 years in a Financial Institutions
• Must be willing to work onsite in Ortigas.
