The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and experienced in handling multiple transactions while ensuring a smooth and seamless experience for clients, agents, lenders, escrow officers, and all parties involved.
Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of buyer and seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to closing
Coordinate inspections, title/escrow, mortgage loan, and appraisal processes
Maintain regular communication with clients, agents, title officers, lenders, and all parties involved in the transaction
Utilize DotLoop and DocuSign for transaction management and document execution
Leverage AI tools daily to streamline transaction coordination, client communication, document review, and internal reporting
Qualifications
At least 1 year Proven experience as a Transaction Coordinator in the real estate industry
Strong understanding of real estate contracts, timelines, and compliance requirements
Experience using DotLoop, DocuSign, and KW Command
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency with CRM systems and database management
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently
