Job Description

Objective

The Transaction Coordinator is responsible for the meticulous management and administrative oversight of residential real estate files. This position ensures complete compliance from the execution of purchase agreements through to final closing. The successful candidate will act as the primary liaison between brokers, clients, escrow agents, and financial institutions.

Area of Responsibility

Direct the logistical flow of both buyer and seller files throughout the escrow period.
Facilitate administrative milestones regarding title clearance, underwriting, and property appraisals.
Ensure timely completion and submission of compliance documentation to the principal broker.
Establish clear timelines for property inspections, contingency removals, and final handovers.
Maintain clean data integrity by tracking client demographics within the CRM platform.

Professional Profiles

6+ months of transaction coordination experience within the real estate industry.
Advanced English literacy and verbal communication skills.
Superior operational organization with a sharp eye for document compliance errors.
Proactive risk mitigation and autonomous decision-making skills.
