The Transaction Banking Collections Product Manager is primarily responsible for managing the performance, growth, and profitability of Collections Products in line with the Bank's strategic objectives. The role ensures product viability, operational readiness, and competitiveness while driving innovation and value for corporate clients.
Responsibilities
- Formulates short-term and long-term strategies for each product to strengthen value proposition and achieve growth in transactions, market share, and profitability
- Ensures continuous updates to documentation, operating guidelines, compliance requirements, legal documents, and product pricing to maintain product viability and readiness
- Identifies market trends and opportunities to develop new products or enhance existing features
- Tracks product usage, revenue, and costs, analyzes profitability drivers, and challenges outcomes to maximize value for corporate clients
- Works with internal units and third-party providers to ensure consistent delivery of products according to defined service level agreements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, or related courses
- 5 years of experience in Cash Management discipline, preferably in product management
- 2–3 years of experience in product management with cash management expertise
- 2–3 years of experience in project, program, or campaign management
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing
- Strong knowledge of project management principles, product design, cash management concepts, and standard bank policies
- Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and photo/video editing softwareSkills in strategic thinking, problem solving, leadership, research, creativity, and strong communication
