Job Description

The Transaction Banking Collections Product Manager is primarily responsible for managing the performance, growth, and profitability of the Bank's collections products. The role ensures alignment with the strategic objectives of the Transaction Banking Group by developing product strategies, enhancing value propositions, and driving operational readiness while collaborating with internal teams and external partners to deliver consistent, high-quality solutions to corporate clients.

Core Responsibilities

  • Formulates short-, medium-, and long-term product strategies to strengthen value proposition and achieve growth in transactions, market share, and profitability
  • Maintains and updates documentation, operating guidelines, compliance requirements, legal documents, and product pricing to ensure viability and readiness
  • Identifies market trends and opportunities to develop new products or enhance existing features
  • Tracks product usage, revenue, and costs; analyzes profitability drivers to maximize throughput and client value
  • Collaborates with internal units and third-party providers to ensure consistent product delivery in line with service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Approves product propositions, pricing changes, and customized solutions for Transaction Banking clients

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields
  • 5 years of experience in Cash Management discipline, preferably in product management
  • 2–3 years of experience in product management (cash management expertise), project/program/campaign management
  • 1–2 years of experience in marketing
  • Knowledge of project management principles, product design, cash management concepts, and standard bank policies/procedures
  • Strong skills in strategic thinking, problem solving, leadership, research, creativity, and communication (oral and written)
  • Attributes: detail-oriented, organized, results-driven, collaborative, and effective at meeting deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel; familiarity with photo/video editing software is an advantage
