Job role
To oversee the development and execution of learning and development strategies and initiatives for target learner groups, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and business needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in Learning and Development, Training, or related function with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and various learning delivery approaches.
- Excellent presentation, communication, coaching and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management or program management.
- Ability to collaborate across different levels of the organization and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in insurance, microinsurance, financial services, or related industry is highly preferred.
- Interest in financial inclusion and community development is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and presentation tools like Canva.
- Willing to travel to different provincial branches as needed.
