Training Lead

What you'll do:
- Lead end-to-end training operations to ensure employee readiness and business success
- Design and deliver impactful products, process, and soft skills training programs
- Measure training effectiveness through assessments, coaching, and performance analytics
- Partner with Operations and Quality teams to improve customer experience and business outcomes
- Develop and lead a team of highly competent Trainers, delivering the best of training experience to the Account(s).
- Drive Training efficiency and effectiveness for the Account, through the Training Metrics.
- Plan, execute and monitor all training & development interventions to enhance team and operational excellence.
What we're looking for:
- Strong background in training and team leadership
- Expertise in training needs analysis and curriculum design
- Excellent facilitation and coaching skills (ILT/VILT/OJT)
- Knowledge of retail operations and customer experience best practices
- Strong analytical skills in KPIs, QA, and CSAT performance
- Experience with LMS, CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), and Microsoft Excel
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Willing to work onsite in Masinag, Antipolo
- Can start ASAP
