We are looking for a Training & Talent Management Manager to lead learning and talent development initiatives that build capabilities and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training and talent management programs aligned with business needs.
• Lead learning and development, leadership development, and career development initiatives.
• Manage talent review and high-potential development programs.
• Identify training and development needs across store and corporate teams.
• Partner with leaders to address talent and capability gaps.
• Monitor training effectiveness and manage learning partners and resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business, Education, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Training, Learning & Development, or Talent Management.
• Experience in retail or a fast-paced business environment is preferred.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic, hands-on, and passionate about people development.
