About the Role
As a Training Supervisor, you will directly manage and monitor training courses across assigned processes. You'll also oversee instructional content, analyze performance trends, coordinate with department managers, and ensure training activities meet delivery targets and applicable compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct and monitor training courses across assigned processes to meet delivery targets.
- Review, evaluate, and update instructional materials, handouts, and training programs.
- Assess performance trends and recommend long-term training plans.
- Partner with department managers to define training scope, schedules, and requirements.
- Coordinate training schedules, attendees, classrooms, and training aids.
- Work independently while managing shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
- Support quality programs while adhering to HIPAA, state, federal, URAC, and NCQA standards.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 3–4 years of managerial experience in a BPO setting.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare insurance cycle.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, CPT, and ICD-10 codes.
- Excellent presentation, analytical, problem-solving, and professional communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage shifting priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Good-to-Have
- 1–2 years of experience as a healthcare/insurance trainer.
- Six Sigma Yellow Belt or Green Belt training.
