Role Description

As the bridge between ActivAsia and its FMCG client (whose products are sold in top stores like SM and Puregold), the Training and Support Specialist helps manage a digital merchandising tool used across the Philippines by delivering engaging training sessions, offering quick on-ground and remote troubleshooting, and ensuring field teams feel confident and compliant using the app during their daily retail operations.

Qualifications

• Must have a bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science, Mass Communication, Organizational Development, or Instructional Design or any applicable to the position.
• Must be based in Central Luzon (CL) and willing to travel between CL and BGC in Taguig City from time to time.
• Must have experience with Learning & Development/Training.
• With managerial capacity is preferred but not strictly required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse candidates and stakeholders on-site and in the field.
• Organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle ground activity and documentation simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace tools and online platforms used for applicant tracking and reporting.
• Customer-service mindset and professional demeanor aligned with ActivAsia's values of respect, integrity, and fun.
