Job Description

Training Specialist plays a pivotal role in shaping the skills and expertise of our workforce. In this full-time position based in Taguig City, Metro Manila, you will design and deliver impactful training programs that drive professional development and enhance the capabilities of our team.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs for new hires and existing employees
  • Create training materials, including manuals, e-learning modules, presentations, and assessments
  • Conduct both in-person and virtual training sessions
  • Implement training techniques that improve knowledge retention and application
  • Develop specialized training programs for collections teams, focusing on effective debt recovery techniques, negotiation skills, and compliance with legal regulations
  • Train collections staff on handling difficult conversations, objection handling, and customer-centric approaches to debt recovery
  • Ensure collections agents are up to date on company policies, ethical collection practices, and regulatory requirements
  • Facilitate structured onboarding programs for new employees to ensure a smooth transition into the company
  • Develop and implement compliance training programs related to financial regulations, fraud prevention, and responsible lending practices
  • Keep training materials up to date with the latest industry regulations and company policies
  • Identify skill gaps and collaborate with department heads to create targeted training programs
  • Train employees in digital lending products, systems, customer service best practices, and fraud detection techniques
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance tracking
  • Work closely with HR, compliance, and operations teams to align training initiatives with business goals
  • Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory changes, and learning technologies
  • Recommend improvements to training methodologies based on employee feedback and performance metrics
