Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs for new hires and existing employees
- Create training materials, including manuals, e-learning modules, presentations, and assessments
- Conduct both in-person and virtual training sessions
- Implement training techniques that improve knowledge retention and application
- Develop specialized training programs for collections teams, focusing on effective debt recovery techniques, negotiation skills, and compliance with legal regulations
- Train collections staff on handling difficult conversations, objection handling, and customer-centric approaches to debt recovery
- Ensure collections agents are up to date on company policies, ethical collection practices, and regulatory requirements
- Facilitate structured onboarding programs for new employees to ensure a smooth transition into the company
- Develop and implement compliance training programs related to financial regulations, fraud prevention, and responsible lending practices
- Keep training materials up to date with the latest industry regulations and company policies
- Identify skill gaps and collaborate with department heads to create targeted training programs
- Train employees in digital lending products, systems, customer service best practices, and fraud detection techniques
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance tracking
- Work closely with HR, compliance, and operations teams to align training initiatives with business goals
- Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory changes, and learning technologies
- Recommend improvements to training methodologies based on employee feedback and performance metrics
