Training Specialist (Major Home Appliances)

Key Responsibilities:

• Training Needs AnalysisIdentify training needs based on new product launches, repair data, repeated repair cases, and feedback from service centers.
• Training Plan ManagementDevelop annual, quarterly, and monthly training plans and follow up on training implementation.
• Training Material Development, Develop and maintain training materials, including training PPTs, repair guides, videos, SOPs, and test materials.
• New Product TrainingOrganize technical training for new product launches and ensure service engineers are ready to provide repair services.
• Training DeliveryConduct online and offline technical training, including product knowledge, troubleshooting, repair procedures, and hands-on practice.
• Engineer CertificationOrganize technical assessments and certification programs and maintain engineers training and certification records.
• Training Effectiveness EvaluationEvaluate training effectiveness through training completion rate, test results, engineer feedback, and repair quality, and continuously improve training programs.
• Service Center Capability ImprovementSupport ESCs, MSCs, and other service partners in improving engineers technical skills and overall service capability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in after-sales service, technical support, or technical training for major home appliances.
• Strong technical knowledge of air conditioners, refrigerators, washing machines, and other white goods.
• Good understanding of after-sales service operations and service performance management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; LMS experience is a plus.
• Willing to travel frequently.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin Chinese is an advantage.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
