Essential Functions
- Train and facilitate sessions for new hires and tenured agents.
- Collaborate with Quality and Operations teams to align training with business outcomes
- Conduct TNA (Training Needs Analysis) and launch targeted refreshers and up-skilling programs
- Serve as an SME to support production in the absence of the Unit Manager
- Participate in calibration sessions with operations and the QA team
Required Education And Experience
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline and/or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 1 year training experience in BPO
- Familiar with KPIs and techniques on how to achieve them
- Knowledge on how to create instructional design
- Patient, high energy, adaptable with shift flexibility and classroom stamina
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Can work on-site on shifting schedule
