Training Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

• Align learning programs with IMI's business goals and future capability needs.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) across business units.
• Design and track training effectiveness, ROI, and KPI measurements.
• Lead technical learning and development projects and technology-driven initiatives.
• Explore and implement innovative learning solutions, including AI-powered tools.
• Partner with HR, business leaders, and external stakeholders to drive learning excellence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
• Experience in designing and delivering technical training programs.
• Proven experience leading Learning & Development initiatives and projects.
• Proficient in digital tools, AI applications, LMS, and e-learning platforms.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
