We are hiring for the position of Training Specialist - Credit Card Operations (Fraud, Disputes & Collections)

About the Role:

We are seeking a Training Specialist - Credit Card Operations (Fraud, Disputes & Collections) to design, deliver, and evaluate high-impact training programs across Customer Service, Collections, Credit Bureau Disputes, Fraud Investigation, and Chargeback Management. This role ensures frontline agents are equipped with the regulatory knowledge, technical expertise, and decision-making skills to manage complex credit card scenarios.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver training programs for disputes, fraud, chargebacks, and collections.
  • Conduct new hire, refresher, and remedial training sessions.
  • Train agents on compliance standards (FCRA, FDCPA, CFPB, UDAAP, PCI DSS).
  • Analyze training effectiveness, identify skill gaps, and recommend improvements.
  • Create SOPs, job aids, and maintain updated training materials.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Compliance, and Risk teams.

Qualifications:

  • 35 years of experience in Credit Card Operations (Disputes, Fraud, Chargebacks, Collections).
  • 3+ years as a Trainer, Senior Trainer, or Process SME.
  • Strong knowledge of credit networks (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and analytical skills.
