Job Description and Qualifications

  • Must be amenable to work 100% onsite in WNS Bridgetowne Site.
  • Proficient in at least two (2) GDS platforms such as Worldspan, Sabre, Galileo, Amadeus, and Apollo and etc.
  • Needs to be familiar with team travel processes specifically Travel Management Company (TMCs)
  • In depth understanding of training KPIs and deliverables
  • Ability to work with cross functional teams to deliver higher throughput
  • Proficiency on excel and Powerpoint, Articulate, Epiplex, Canva, Visio proficiency preferred
