We are seeking an experienced Training Specialist to join our team in Ortigas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs that enhance employee skills and align with business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement training programs tailored to the needs of the company.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees, ensuring engagement and knowledge retention.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments based on feedback and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and align programs with organizational goals.
- Maintain training records and prepare reports on training activities and outcomes.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in training and development or related roles.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other training tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and preferably in one or more SEA languages.
- Ability to assess training needs and develop appropriate training solutions.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
