Home-Based Operations Training Program Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Training Coordination & Development Support: Scheduled trainings, tracked course completions, maintained competency levels, and supported ongoing developmental growth initiatives across markets.
- Content & Training Asset Management: Assisted in updating slide decks, training materials, and collateral (Canva), ensuring content accuracy and consistency.
- Data Tracking & Systems Management: Aggregated feedback, maintained competency trackers, and ensured accurate data across SCU, Visual Planner, Excel, and related systems.
- Event & Logistics Coordination: Managed training event logistics including calendar coordination, invitations, venue arrangements, materials preparation, and on-site support.
- Communication & Repository Management: Drafted monthly achievement updates, coordinated leadership development dinners, and maintained an organized SharePoint training repository for field teams.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2-3 years of experience in an administrative, HR support, or training coordination role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), SharePoint, and Canva.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) preferred.

- Salary: PHP 45,000 - 50,000
