About the role
The Company is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Training Officer to join our dynamic team in Bulacan. In this full-time position, you will play a pivotal role in creating, designing and delivering training programs that will develop the leadership/functional competencies of employees within the organization and other employee development programs that will promote a performance-oriented and high-integrity culture.
What you'll be doing
- You will work with Line Managers in conducting thorough needs assessments to identify knowledge and skills gaps within the organization.
- You will design, implement, and evaluate training programs that is aligned with the company's objectives.
- You will develop engaging and effective learning materials, instructor-led training, virtual sessions, and multimedia presentations.
- You will facilitate training sessions and workshops, either in-person or virtually, ensuring an engaging and impactful learning experience for employees.
- You will maintain accurate training records and generate insightful reports for management.
What we're looking for
- Minimum of two (2) years experience in a learning and development or training role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Excellent facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and address training needs.
- Proficient in using various training tools and technologies to enhance the learning experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
- Demonstrable knowledge of adult learning principles and best practices in workplace training.
- A relevant degree or qualification in human resources, education, or a related field.
