Job description:
Training Delivery and Support
- Assist the Product and Manpower Trainer (Training Manager) in conducting training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
- Co-facilitate group activities and discussions, ensuring participant engagement.
- Provide one-on-one support to trainees, addressing questions and clarifying concepts.
Content Preparation
- Assist in developing, updating, and organizing training materials, including presentations, handouts and digital resources.
- Ensure training resources are accessible and up-to-date.
- Suggest improvements based on feedback and emerging trends.
Logistics and Coordination
- Schedule training sessions and coordinate with relevant departments.
- Prepare training venues, including setting up equipment and materials.
- Monitor attendance and maintain training records.
Evaluation and Feedback
- Administer the safekeeping and computation of the grades of the trainees.
- Administer training evaluations and compile feedback for review.
- Analyze participant feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide reports and summaries to the Product and Manpower Trainer (Training Manager) and management.
Administrative Duties
- Maintain training calendars and communicate schedules to participants.
- Support administrative tasks such as email communication and record-keeping.
- Assist in managing the Learning Management System (LMS), if applicable.
Other Tasks
- Responsible for clerical and administrative duties related to the delivery of training and organizational development programs.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Product and Manpower Trainer (Training Manager).
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, Education, or related field.
- Professional certifications in training & development (e.g., Train‑the‑Trainer, NVQ Assessor, TESDA qualifications, or equivalent) is a plus.
- Knowledge of retail qualifications frameworks (national or company‑specific).
- Minimum 3–5 years in retail operations (store management, supervisor, or training role).
- Proven track record in on‑floor coaching, staff development, and on-field projects.
- Experience in product launch training, customer service simulations, and on-field assistance.
